House rental for up to 12 adults + 06 children up to 7 years old, with services of cleaning lady,
housekeeping / general services included.
Support of the housekeeper / general services of the farm to conduct the tours and activities on the farm.

Conditions of the Reservation

  • Reservation fee of 30% of the total amount of the rental, and the reservation will only be validated upon confirmation of this payment.
    Booking fee is not refundable in case of cancellation.

  • Security deposit against losses and damages in the amount of R$ 5,000.00 that will be returned within 10 days after the end of the stay. 

  • This deposit must be delivered in advance or upon arrival at the house.

  • Small pets are allowed inside the house;

  • Smoking is permitted outside the house;

  • Guests will not be able to receive guests in the house that have not been previously agreed upon.

Conditions of the House

Important: all rentals will be subject to management approval.
